Favorite videogame world.
The atmosphere of the Pokemon games has inspired more creativity in me than any twelve Final Fantasies. I also enjoyed the worlds of Final Fantasy IX, Dragon Quest VIII, and Golden Sun. Dragon Quest VIII in particular stands out. The whole game so far seemed like it was done with a great deal of care and finished with a fine-tipped brush. The cel-shaded style is and always has been one of my favourite design choices.
The Hole
Well, considering I created my first stories at 4 or 5 and my first comic at 8...
My next 154 one-page comics came over the next 5 years, though I had no real coherent story to them 'til the 99th comic (about 9 or 10)...
I had a stable of characters about fifty deep by the time I reached high school, which has expanded to somewhere over a hundred since, ten or so of whom have reached the public domain through fan fiction...
And if you want proof I have no less than four binders, two duotangs and a stack of stories forty high I could take pictures of, and different completed and incomplete project folders I could screencap...
I believe a nine-year-old could make a game.
wonderprince, don't take it personally that people don't believe you. Skepticism runs rampant all over the internet, and no matter how hard you try there will be some people you just won't convince, no matter how many capitals or emphasis you may feel and/or use. I felt the same way when I first engaged the Internet's populace en masse on Gaia Online.
As for the game, since I don't have a working VX copy I won't be able to play this to give any constructive advice...

Religion and the After-Life
I am a Christian - I believe that Jesus is Lord and that God raised him from the dead. Out of the acceptance of the sacrifice God made, and nothing else I do, I am ascending to Heaven.
I also believe that nobody lives without a god or gods of some kind, even atheists. That isn't to say that people believe in god(s) as I and my fellow Christians or other faith communities see it, or even worship the idea as the faith community at large does in their own way, but it simply means they have an overriding dominant idea within their life, the one thing they would throw everything else out to follow.

ITT: songs that would make great RPG boss themes
"Monster" or "Whispers in the Dark" by Skillet.
"Dirty Little Secret" by Pillar.
"Not Ready to Die" or "Collapsing" by Demon Hunter.
"Outta Control" or "Bounce" by Thousand Foot Krutch.
"Blood in the Tears" by Demon Hunter would be an epic credits track...

What we did horribly on our first games.
Man, "Phoenix" had too many things wrong to even think about them all...
I can tell how much I've improved with this new game.
I'm not sure if I still have all the resources to make that old hunkajunk work...

What has inspired your writing/art/music?
Musical influences:
Skillet, Thousand Foot Krutch, RED, P.O.D., Mega Man X, Chevelle, Mozart, Demon Hunter, Lorreena McKennitt, Mannheim Steamroller, Daft Punk, Andy Hunter...
Only some of the few...
Writing influences:
The Bible, Isaac Asimov, Archie comics, things people say, random books I pick up in stores, anime, conspiracy theories, games, life...
Again, only some of the few...
Visual-art influences:
Mostly anime, manga, Powerpuff Girls and Dexter's Laboratory, though none are executed very well. I draw 'cause I like it, not 'cause I'm good at it.
Probably the single biggest influence besides the Bible is the anime Pokemon. That one thing stirred up more creativity in me than I have ever had drawn out of me before.
